Dinner Menu: house salad, chicken pomodoro – bruschetta style tomato, basil, aged asiago; great lakes porter braised beef with roasted cipollini onions and carrots; penne pasta with primavera, and basil pesto cream sauces; garlic braised green beans; herb roasted redskin potatoes
Ticket Price: $50 & preferred seating 10 top tables for $500

Event Schedule
The event will be emceed by a Drag performer and our Managing Director, Jason Bertoia.
6:00 – Cocktail hour: passed hors d’oeuvres – Brussels sprout crostini with bacon, boursin cheese and balsamic glaze, open faced vegetable cashew spring roll, drinks, conversation, raffles, wine pull, wishlist “auction”, MCT highlight videos playing throughout event.
7:00 – Dinner
8:00 – Show begins
8:45 – Intermission: raffles, wine pull, wishlist “auction” continues, draw wine and beer raffles at this time
9:15 – Second half of show begins
10:00 – End with remaining raffles & photos with the performers

50/ 50 Raffle – Drawn at end
Wine Basket Raffle – A basket of mixed donated wines and gift cards to local establishments
Craft Beer Basket Raffle – basket of local brews and gift cards to local establishments
Wine Pull – $20.00 each pull using playbills as the match to the wine bottles. Plays – White Wine; Musicals – Red Wine.
